MYCON General Contractors, Inc. promotes Justin Jeffus to Executive Vice President

A closer insight into his vision for the company

Dallas-based MYCON General Contractors, Inc (MYCON) has promoted Justin Jeffus to Executive Vice President. Justin, a partner of the firm, has committed to operational excellence through leading, developing, and equipping the team with the tools necessary to bring to life MYCON’s long-term vision.

“Since joining MYCON in 2004, Justin has been a proven leader dedicated to the success of the firm, our people, and our client’s experience,” according to Charles R. Myers, President and CEO of MYCON. “Following one of our strongest fiscal years in history, and an even greater outlook for 2023, his open and persuasive leadership style, paired with transparent business practices, will propel MYCON’s standardized and robust programmatic approach as a national industry leader in diverse markets. This is another milestone for Justin, with more to come,” said Charles.

The man of the hour
Justin received a Bachelor of Science degree from Stephen F. Austin University, where he now serves on the external board for the university’s construction management program. He is a certified development, design, and construction professional under the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) criteria. ICSC CenterBuild recognized him as a ‘20 Under 40 Young Professional’ in 2014, and he completed the Urban Land Institute (ULI) North Texas Center for Leadership program in 2019.
